Training is provided at the time of induction, promotion & job rotation, as well as on-the-job & through refresher programs. Training is administered through both in-house & external training programs, spanning technical & behavioural areas, relevant to the job, beneficial to the company & to the employee's professional & personal development.
In the medium-term, the company will carry out a training needs analysis, & strive to provide every employee with as much training as is required each year, based on the results of the training needs analysis.
